An Appealing Offer
The Workforce has often been a tricky thing. With so many advances in technology, we have gotten away from our grassroots of the work force. Careers in manufacturing, construction and automotive have often been overlooked and looked down upon because of their blue collar nature. However those careers have been proven to be in high demand and lucrative. With that in mind, how can current employers "appeal" the current students to take advantage of these lucrative opportunities? It is time to reimagine our 21st Century Workforce.
